There's probably nothing more typical for Tyrol as classic Tyrolean bacon. For centuries this kind of raw ham is produced in our region and well known for the spiced flavour. Our bacon is produced with Austrian quality meat and we only use natural ingredients, like salt, spices and herbs. Lightly smoked over beech wood our bacon dries in our aging rooms for a long time period to develop the traditional, tasty flavour. Our bacon is lactose-free and gluten-free, hand-seasoned and without additional flavour enhancers.
